The mission of the Brewster Community Food Pantry is to support individuals and families in the community with essential food and grocery products and is a completely volunteer-based organization.

About: The Brewster Community Food Pantry was started in 1987 by an ad hoc group of parishioners from St. Andrews Episcopal Church and St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church which is located right next door to meet the needs of those who didn’t have enough food to sustain them. Over time it became known as the Community Food Pantry at St. Andrews. In 1992 St.James Episcopal Church joined as a sponsoring congregation and the name was changed to Brewster Community. Finally in 2003 we became incorporated as a not for profit organizational under the name Brewster Community Food Pantry Inc. – Visit Website.
